摘要
提高高职毕业生就业质量是我国职业教育现代化发展与职业教育政策实施的关键。基于人力资源开发视角,构建高职毕业生就业绩效影响因素研究模型,以重庆市某“双高计划”建设院校毕业生为研究对象,采用判断抽样调查法,对影响毕业生就业绩效的内部因素进行统计分析,利用Logistic模型对影响毕业生就业绩效的内部因素进行实证检验。研究发现:技术性知识、沟通表达能力、职业态度、就业政策学习对毕业生就业绩效影响更为重要,沟通表达能力、职业意识、就业政策学习对毕业生就业绩效呈现显著正向影响。提升高职院校毕业生就业绩效,需要完善高职院校就业质量监管评价机制、构建高职院校“四位一体”的育人新格局、优化学生职业素养培养新模式、拓宽教师职业知识储备新广度。
Improving the employment quality of higher vocational graduates is the key to the modernization of vocational education and the implementation of vocational education policy in China. From the perspective of human resources development, the research model of influencing factors of employment performance of vocational college graduates is constructed, taking graduates of a high vocational college of “double-high plan” initiative in Chongqing as the research object, this paper applied judgement sampling to statistically analyze the internal factors of employment satisfaction performance, and constructed an orderly Logistic model to conduct empirical tests on the Internal factors. It was found that technical knowledge, communication skills, professional attitudes, and employment policy learning had more important impacts on graduates’ employment satisfaction performance. Communication skills, professional awareness, and employment policy learning had significant positive effects on graduates’ employment satisfaction performance. Based on the above research conclusions,in order to improve the employment satisfaction performance of graduates in vocational colleges, the paper puts forward suggestions,including improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism of the quality of employment in higher vocational colleges, constructing a new pattern of “four-in-one” education in high vocational colleges, optimizing the training model of students’ professional quality, and broadening the new breadth of teachers’ professional knowledge reserves.
