摘要
专门学校是矫治有严重不良行为未成年人的有效场所,专门学校教育是国民教育体系的组成部分。在新时期,要更好地建设专门学校,做好专门教育,需要理顺专门学校教育沿革,分析专门学校建设现状及专门学校教育目前的困境,并根据实际进一步建立健全法律法规、制定考核评估办法、探索矫治方法、建立专业帮扶队伍,以促进专门学校教育不断取得新的成效。
Specialized schools are effective places for correcting minors with serious misconduct,and specialized school education is an integral part of the national education system.In the new era,in order to better build specialized schools and carry out specialized education,it is necessary to straighten out the history of specialized school education,analyze the current situation of specialized school construction and the current difficulties of specialized school education,and further establish and improve laws and regulations,develop assessment and evaluation methods,explore corrective methods,and establish professional assistance teams based on the actual situation,in order to promote the continuous achievement of new results in specialized school education.
