摘要
数字社会工作的发展是社会工作发展的新趋势,探究数字社会工作的实务局限对于推动社会工作专业发展非常重要。文章基于媒介实践理论,认为与传统社会工作相比,数字社会工作在微观层面本质上是一种媒介实践,能够从立体的多元实践角度弥合社会工作实践中的二元发展隔阂。通过对数字社会工作实践的分析,研究认为数字社会工作实践在空间、角色和方法三个层面存在局限,提出了从空间重塑、角色建构、方法整合三个方面,分别在实务知识与技巧两个层次中优化数字社会工作实践的路径。学术界需要重视数字社会工作的发展,数字社会的快速发展为我国数字社会工作发展提供了机遇,而数字社会工作又为社会工作的本土化提供了发展方向。
The development of digital social work is a new trend in the field of social work,and exploring the practical limitations of digital social work is crucial for advancing the professional development of social work.Based on the theory of media practice,the article argues that compared to traditional social work,digital social work is essentially a form of media practice at the micro level,which can bridge the gap between binary development dilemmas in social work practice from a multidimensional perspective.Through an analysis of digital social work practice,the study suggests that there are limitations in three aspects:space,roles,and methods.It proposes optimization paths from the pespectives of reshaping space,constructing roles,and integrating methods,aiming to enhance digital social work practice at both levels of practical knowledge and skills.Academia needs to pay attention to the development of digital social work.The rapid growth of the digital society provides opportunities for the development of digital social work in China,which in turn offers a direction for the localization of social work.
