摘要
信息技术的发展与新冠肺炎疫情的流行带来数字社会工作的机遇与发展,与之相关的伦理问题亟待开展系统研究。通过对13名青年社会工作者的深度访谈,发现实践服务中的主客体双方共同建构了“数字—现实”的互动场域。数字社会工作可能带来隐私与保密、边界与自我暴露、多重利益冲突与数字不平等的伦理挑战。数字亲密与数字距离、数字权力与自主处遇、生存逻辑与服务逻辑等三方面的伦理两难影响工作者的道德实践,导致专业服务的主体性与行动选择的差异性。青年社会工作者需要增加对数字伦理的敏感性,批判性地反思数字技术,关注在地知识的生产与提升数字能力,以适应数字社会工作服务的转变。
With the development of information technology and the prevalence of the COVID-19,the digital social work has got more opportunities to develop and the related ethical issues need to be systematically studied.Based the in-depth interviews of 13 young social workers,it is found that both the subject and the object in the social service construct a“digital—real”interactive field.Digital social work services may bring ethical challenges of the privacy and confidentiality,boundaries and self-exposure,multiple conflicts of interest and the digital inequality.The ethical dilemmas of digital intimacy and digital distance,digital power and independent encounter,survival logic,and service logic affect the moral practice of workers and cause differences in the subjectivity and action choice of professional services.Young social workers need to increase their sensitivity to digital ethics,critically reflect on digital technology,and focus on the production of local knowledge and the improvement of digital abilities to adapt to the transformation of digital social services.
