摘要
城乡关系是影响和理解建国以来乡村教育演变逻辑的重要维度。建国70多年以来,我国城乡关系的实践经历了计划性城乡二元结构、市场性城乡二元结构、城乡统筹发展和城乡融合等不同阶段,乡村教育在这些历史阶段中曲折发展,并且呈现出不同特征。在构建新型城乡关系的时代背景下,针对所面临的种种挑战,乡村教育发展将会呈现新的态势,即合理配置城乡教育资源、增强教师资源供给水平、注重质量提升和彰显乡土性。
The relationship between urban and rural areas is an important dimension to influence and understand the evolution logic of rural education.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China for more than 70 years,the practice of urban-rural relations in China has experienced different stages,such as planned urban-rural dual structure,market-oriented urban-rural dual structure,urban-rural overall development and urban-rural integration.Rural education has developed tortuously in these historical stages,and presents different characteristics.Under the background of building a new urban-rural relationship,in view of the challenges,the future development of rural education will show a new trend,that is,to reasonably allocate urban and rural educational resources,enhance the supply level of teacher resources,pay attention to the improvement of quality and highlight the local characteristics.
