摘要
社会主义社会人民美好生活的全面实现,离不开国家的适时介入与有效引领。既有"经济社会发展"视角和"国家治理"视角,难以准确揭示国家引领与私人生活变革之间的复杂关联机制。引入"治理型发展"这一中观视角,基于近年来农民生活治理实践的考察,研究发现:在既有"基层组织建设"这一基本路径之外,国家适时介入并有效引领私人生活的良性变革,是国家基层政权建设的另一条主要路径和基本内容。其内在关联机制在于:国家引领与资源下沉是私人生活发生变革的重要驱动机制,而后依托党政科层制中心工作和基层社会群众动员工作机制,进而可在明显提升基层社会基础设施建设和公共服务供给水平、有效改善广大群众日常生活体验、极大传播现代社会生活理念和生活方式的同时,最终全面转化为广大群众普遍的美好生活获得感和鲜明的国家认同感。
The full realization of a good life in a socialist society cannot be separated from timely intervention and effective guidance of the state.Existing"economic and social development"perspectives and"national governance"perspectives,it is difficult to accurately reveal the complex linkage mechanism between state leadership and private life reform.Introducing the middle perspective of"government-based development",based on the inspection of farmers’life governance practices in recent years,the study found that,in addition to the existing basic path of"basic-level organization building",the state timely intervenes and effectively leads the virtuousness of private life Reform is another main path and basic content of the country’s grassroots political power construction.The internal linkage mechanism is that the state’s guidance and the sinking of resources are important driving mechanisms for changes in private life,and then relying on the work of the party and government bureaucracy center and the grass-roots social mass mobilization mechanism,which can significantly improve the construction of basic social infrastructure and The level of public service supply,effectively improving the daily life experience of the general public,greatly disseminating modern social life concepts and lifestyles,and ultimately will be fully transformed into ageneral sense of good life and a clear sense of national identity.
