摘要
资本主义现代性全球扩张带来了价值异化、制度分化、逆全球化的困境,引发了对现代性模式的创新和反思。中国式现代化提供了系统结构性层次下的困境应对方案:在价值理念层,体现“人”的发展价值一般规定性,彰显“两个结合”和扎根中国实际的价值特殊性;在制度原则层,经中国特色社会主义的总体制度导向和具体制度限定,确保现代化发展的整体进步性与发展阶段性、目标总体性与战略系统性的有机统一;在实践形态层,兼顾经济社会形态和技术社会形态,指征了社会主义市场经济深化发展的实践主线,规划了新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化的实践路径。上述三个层次分别立足多元主体互动、制度关系竞合、人类社会存在状态优化的宏观视角,揭示了中国式现代化凝聚世界现代性合力、释放中国特色社会主义制度优势、贡献人类文明新形态建设思路的机理。
The dilemma of world modernity,which is brought about by the global expansion of capitalist modernity,leads to the innovation and reflection of modernity patterns.Chinese path to modernization has provided a systematic and constructional plan to the dilemma:at the level of value concepts,it embodies the general stipulation of "human" development value,and highlights the particularity of value that ensures "the combination of two" and takes root in China’s reality;at the level of institutional principles,via the overall direction and the specific limits of socialist system with Chinese characteristics,it ensures the unification of the overall progress and the stage development,the overall goal and the strategic system;at the level of practical forms,it balances "economic and social form" and "technological social form",and shows the practical main line of deepening development of socialist market economy,projects the practice path of new industrialization,informationization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.The above three levels,which are based on the macro perspective of multi-subject interaction,competition and cooperation of institutional relations,and the prioritization of the existence of human society,reveal the inner mechanism of the gathering of resultant force of world modernity,the releasing of the superiority of socialist system,and the creating of construction thoughts of the new form of human civilization.
