摘要
随着现代信息技术的不断普及,在加快发展智慧养老若干政策的推动下,我国智慧养老建设迅猛发展,形成多种智能产品设备和服务运行模式。在智慧养老走向成熟的过程中,数据共享、服务质量等问题不容忽视。本文概述我国智慧养老服务现状,分析当前智慧养老服务的不足,并提出相应的智慧养老服务标准化策略,加强顶层设计、细化工作及培养复合人才。
With the continuous popularization of modern information technology and the acceleration of several policies for the development of smart elderly care,the smart elderly care industry in China has developed rapidly,forming a variety of smart product equipment and service operation modes.As the smart elderly care matures,issues such as data sharing and service quality cannot be ignored.This article summarizes the current situation of smart elderly care services in China,analyzes the current deficiencies of smart elderly care services,and proposes corresponding smart elderly care service standardization strategies,strengthening top-level design,detailed work,and training compound talents.
