Research on the Standardization of Community Smart Old-age Care

摘要 目前,人口老龄化已成为全球性问题,而我国已成为世界上唯一老年人口过亿的国家,如何解决如此庞大数量老龄人口的养老,已成为亟需解决的问题。"十四五"规划和2035年远景目标纲要提出,要依托"互联网+养老"思想,利用新兴技术推动养老产业发展,构建社区智慧养老服务体系,让老年人"老有所养"。但社区智慧养老迅速发展的同时,相应的标准体系却没有得到完善,标准化建设的缺失,无法保障稳定、高质量的智慧养老服务。本调研从标准化角度出发,通过皮尔逊相关性分析、社会调查、比对分析等方法,对社区智慧养老标准化建设现状进行调查,并对社区智慧养老标准化建设提出建议,从而推进社区智慧养老标准化进程。 At present,the aging of the population has become a global problem,and China has become the world’s only country with more than 100 million elderly population.How to deal with the old-age care for such a large number of elderly people has become an urgent problem to be solved.The 14th Five-Year Plan and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 propose that we should rely on the idea of"Internet plus old-age care",use new technologies to promote the development of the old-age industry,build a community smart old-age service system,and let the elderly be looked after properly.However,while the rapid development of community smart old-age care,the imperfect corresponding standard system and the lack of standardized construction cannot guarantee stable,high-quality smart old-age services.From the perspective of standardization,this paper investigates the status quo of standardization construction on community smart old-age care through Pearson correlation analysis,social investigation and comparison analysis,and puts forward suggestions on the standardization construction of community smart old-age care,so as to promote the standardization process of community smart old-age care.
