摘要
新型城镇化是撬动中国未来经济社会发展的重要战略支点,是满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的重要途径和必然选择,一直以来,我国以新型城镇化为主题的改革正逐步引向深入。本文以新县创建县域国家新型城镇化标准化试点单位为线索,以新型城镇化智慧城市建设为切入点,以标准化的视域,系统阐述了构建新型城镇化智慧城市建设标准体系的背景、标准化需求分析、原则、主要内容及成果等。新县新型城镇化智慧城市建设标准化实践取得了良好的效益,起到了积极示范作用,对其他县域新型城镇化建设具有可推广价值,提供了可借鉴的标准化发展模式。
The new urbanization is an important strategic support for China’s future economic and social development.It is also an important way and an inevitable choice to meet people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.In China,the reform with new urbanization as the theme is gradually leading to thoroughness.Taking Xin county as the clue to establish a national standardization pilot for new urbanization,and the construction of a smart city for new urbanization as the breakthrough point in standardization vision,this paper systematically expounds the background,standardization demand analysis,principles,main contents and achievements of the standard system of constructing new urbanization smart city.The standardization practice of Xin county with new urbanization smart city construction has achieved good benefits,played a positive demonstration role,and has the publicity value for other counties with new urbanization construction,and provided the standardization development model for reference.
