摘要家庭养老是民族地区农村养老的主要方式,在社会转型背景下,需要正确审视民族地区农村家庭养老问题。本研究运用深度访谈法和参与式观察法开展田野调查,田野调查地点为云南省香格里拉市S乡B村,改革开放以来,该村的经济社会发生了明显变化,以该村作为调查点,具有典型性。民族地区农村社会变迁可以分为三个阶段:乡土社会、后乡土社会、现代化社会。在乡土社会时期,居住格局、家庭结构、村落空间、低流动性、血族婚姻、传统孝道、礼治秩序等维系家庭养老。后乡土社会时期,由于经济结构、生计模式、家庭结构、居住方式、婚姻观念、风俗习惯、人口流动等方面的变化,家庭养老受到冲击。社会现代化是民族地区农村发展的重要趋势,家庭养老功能将逐步得到巩固。为此,需要着力完善支持政策体系,加强对子女的生计支持,弘扬家庭养老文化,实现与社会化养老的协调发展,构建完善的社会支持体系。 Family care for the elderly is the main way to provide for the elderly in rural areas in ethnic minority areas.Under the background of social transformation,it is necessary to correctly examine the issue of rural families in ethnic areas for providing for the elderly.This study uses in-depth interviews and participatory observation methods to conduct field surveys.The field survey site is Village B,S Township,Shangri-La City,Yunnan Province.Since the reform and opening up,the village’s economy and society have undergone significant changes.Typicality,rural social changes in ethnic areas can be divided into three stages:rural society,post-rural society,and modern society.In the period of rural society,the living pattern,the family structure,the village space,the low mobility,the blood marriage,the traditional filial piety,and the rule of ritual order maintained the family for the elderly.In the post-rural society period,due to changes in economic structure,livelihood mode,family structure,living style,marriage concepts,customs,and population mobility,family care for the elderly has been impacted.Social modernization is an important trend in the development of rural areas in ethnic areas,and the function of family care for the elderly will gradually be consolidated.To this end,efforts need to be made to improve the support for the policy system,strengthen support for children’s livelihoods,promote family pension culture,achieve coordinated development with socialized pensions,and build a complete social support system.
