摘要
病证结合是当前中医临床诊疗的重要模式,也是证候本质研究的关键手段。在探寻证候实质、深化机制研究的过程中,动物模型是非常重要的工具和载体。其建立宗旨是探索病理生理变化与证候特征之间的关联,从基础研究的角度为中医药疗效实质及作用机理发声,提供客观有力的支持。因此,本研究从病证结合动物模型的研究意义、研制思路、存在问题和未来发展方向四方面进行论述,介绍该领域当前研究现状,启发读者思考与创新,为病证结合动物模型的未来发展注入新动力。
The inheritance,development and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)need to obtain strong and diversifying evidence in theoretical connotation,mechanism,efficacy evaluation and new drug research and development.The combination of disease and syndrome is an important mode of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment,also a key means of syndrome essence research.Animal model is a very important tool and carrier in the process of exploring the essence of syndrome and deepening the mechanism research.The purpose is to explore the relationship between pathophysiological changes and syndrome characteristics,and to provide objective and powerful support for the essence and mechanism of TCM efficacy from the perspective of basic research.Therefore,this paper discusses the research significance,development ideas,existing problems and future development directions of the combination of disease and syndrome animal models,aiming to introduce the current research status in this field,inspire readers to think and innovate,and inject new impetus and momentum into the future development in the field.
