摘要
目的:综述活血化瘀中药及复方抗血栓的作用机制研究进展。方法:以“血栓”“活血化瘀中药”“作用机制”“thrombus”“Traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis”“action mechanism”等为关键词,在中国知网、万方数据、维普网、web of science等数据库中,组合检索2011年-2021年发表的相关文献,一共检索文献186篇,有效文献51篇,通过文献分析梳理活血化瘀中药抗血栓的作用机制。结果与结论:以三七、丹参、川芎、血府逐瘀汤等为代表的活血化瘀类中药及复方,主要是通过抑制血小板的活化、粘附与聚集、抑制炎症反应、降低血浆黏度及改善微循环、改善纤溶系统功能、降低血管内皮细胞的损伤、改善凝血系统功能等多环节、多靶点防治血栓,涉及血小板Piezo1蛋白,血小板CD62p、PAC-1受体,炎症因子TNF、IL-6等,作用机制较复杂。
Objective:To review the research progress on anti-thrombotic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicines and compound prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Method:"Thrombus","Traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis"and"action mechanism"were used as key words to search for related literature published between 2011 and 2021 in databases such as CNKI,ChinaInfo,VIP and Web of Science.A total of 186 documents were retrieved,among which 42 were valid,and the anti-thrombotic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicines and compound prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was sorted out through literature analysis.Result and Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicines and compound prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,represented by Sanqi,Danshen,chuanxiong,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,etc.,prevent and treat thrombosis through multiple links and targets,mainly including inhibiting platelet activation,adhesion and aggregation,inhibiting inflammation,reducing plasma viscosity and improving the microcirculation,improving the function of the fibrinolysis system,reducing the damage of vascular endothelial cells,and improving the function of the coagulation system,which involves platelet Piezo1 protein,platelet CD62p and PAC-1 receptors,and inflammatory factors such as TNF,IL-6,etc.,and the mechanism of action is complex.
