摘要
社区心理是社会心理服务体系建设的核心层次,建设具有韧性的社区心理是进行积极社区治理、有效应对风险社会的重要内容。本研究在不确定性和公平认知的视角之下,识别风险社会背后的心理历程与情感脉络,探寻社区心理韧性研究与建设的理论基础。社区心理韧性的建设路径体现为通过社区感的凝聚、社区服务的分类提供、社区信任的情感重建,平衡社区中的非理性因素、培育社区确定性氛围并提升社区居民的公平感,进而形成具有弹性的社区心态。
Community psychology is in the core of social psychological service system.The construction of community psychological resilience is necessary for active community governance and effective response to risk society.From the perspective of uncertainty and justice recognition,this paper identifies the psychological process and emotional context of risk society,and explores the theoretical basis of research and construction of community psychological resilience.Community psychological resilience is to balance irrational factors in the community,cultivate a certain atmosphere and enhance the sense of fairness of community residents through the cohesion of community sense,the classified provision of community services and the emotional reconstruction of community trust,thus forming a resilient community mentality.
