摘要
政治价值观是政治主体所具有的指导其政治活动的各种政治价值在其价值系统中的优先排序。中国共产党的政治价值观是党内政治文化的重要组成部分,是一个政党所追求的政治原则和政治生活准则。进入新时代以来,习近平总书记提出了忠诚老实、公道正派、实事求是、清正廉洁等共产党人价值观,对于消除党内不良政治亚文化、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、持续推进党的建设新的伟大工程、实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要意义。立足于新时代这个新的历史方位,必须加强人民至上的政党价值观、清正廉洁的权力价值观、党的领导的价值观、改革的价值观、法治价值观等建设,不断营造风清气正的政治生态,持续为推进全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程提供价值资源。
Political values are what guides a political entity or party in all its activities. CPC’s political values constitute an important part of its political culture and a set of principles and norms guiding its political activities. Since China stepped into the New Era, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made loyalty, honesty, fairness, decency of conduct, seeking truth from facts, uprightness and integrity of character the core values for the party members, which are highly significant in eliminating unhealthy subculture within the party, fostering and implementing socialist core values, furthering construction of the party, upgrading the state governance system and enhancing the party’s competence in state governance. Grounded in this new historical position, the party must strengthen its people-centered philosophy as a core value for the ruling party, pursue uprightness and integrity of character as a core value in the exercise of power, and adhere to party leadership, continual reform and rule of law as basic values in running the country, so that it can continue to create a political environment of uprightness and justice and provide resourcs of values that are favorable to the great cause of building China into a modern socialist country in all respects.
