摘要
随着新时代经济的迅猛发展,人工智能技术不断更新,其应用领域广泛,使人们的生活方式发生了改变。近几年,人工智能在医疗产业中的应用热度高,给医疗系统提供便利的同时,也产生一些负面的影响。本文总结人工智能在医疗产业的发展现状,进一步分析人工智能在医疗产业发展中进行经济法规制的必要性,并探讨人工智能在医疗产业发展进行经济法规制的措施,为人工智能在医疗行业的发展提供全面的认识。
With the rapid development of economy in the new era,artificial intelligence technology has been constantly updated and widely applied in various fields,which has greatly changed people’s way of life.In recent years,the application of artificial intelligence in medical industry has brought both convenience and negative effect to medical system.This paper firstly summarized the development status of applying artificial intelligence in medical industry,and further analyzed the necessity and targeted measures of economic law regulation,so as to fully understand the development of artificial intelligence in medical industry.
