摘要
产教融合是高校和企业协同培养人才的重要途径。高校在校企合作探索中已进行了大量的研究与探索,但存在专业需求调研分析不透、人才培养引导能力不足和校企合作机制不明等制约产教融合育人的因素,构建"培养方案共商、培养平台共建、培养过程共管、培养效果共评和实施成果共享"的校企协同融合机制,能够较好地实现校企利益共享、需求共赢,实现校企融合育人的可持续推动和创新性发展。
The integration of industry and education is an important way for universities and enterprises to jointly train talents.Colleges and universities in university-enterprise cooperation exploration has been carried out extensive research,but there are some factors that restrict the integration of industry and education,such as incomplete research and analysis of professional demand,inadequate talent training and guiding ability,and unclear school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and so on.The establishment of the school-enterprise cooperation and integration mechanism of"the cultivation program is discussed widely,the cultivation platform is co-built,the cultivation process is co-managed,the cultivation effect is co-evaluated and the implementation results are Shared"can better realize the school-enterprise benefit sharing,and the sustainable promotion and innovative development of school-enterprise integrated education.
