摘要
中药与制药类专业人才支撑中医药事业发展,培养兼备良好的科学与专业素养的高层次创新型中药人才越来越重要。以产教融合为导向,对中药与制药类专业人才的培养模式进行思考和探索,有利于优化人才培养结构,提升中药/制药学专业师资水平,共建、共享科研平台及科研成果,构建人才培养、科学研究、成果转化、社会服务、文化传播等多元一体、互惠共赢的大型科研合作平台,为企业解决高端人才不足、技术不规范、信息了解不全面及专利知识产权保护意识薄弱等中医药产业发展中存在的问题,提高企业综合竞争力,也为培养科学知识与专业素养兼备的高层次创新型中药人才提供有力保障,促进中医药事业的发展。
It is crucial to develop top-tier innovative traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and pharmaceutical talent with scientific solid and professional attributes as talent supports the growth of TCM.It is advantageous to improve the level of TCM or pharmaceutical majors’teachers,optimize the training structure of skills,and jointly build and share the scientific research platform and results by considering and examining the training mode of TCM or pharmaceutical majors guided by the integration of production and education.To address the issues that exist in the development of the TCM industry for businesses,such as a lack of high-end talent,non-standard technology,incomplete information understanding,and a lack of awareness of patent and intellectual property protection,a comprehensive,multi-integrated,mutually beneficial platform for personnel training,scientific research,achievement transformation,social services,and cultural communication is being built.Additionally,it guarantees the development of high-level,innovative TCM talents who possess both professional quality and scientific expertise.
