摘要
[目的/意义]基于文献计量学视角,系统性地回顾国内社交媒体研究的前沿热点、知识结构与发展趋势,为全面总结近10年国内社交媒体研究提供新视角。[方法/过程]基于2011—2021年3837篇文献数据,采用文献计量法对国内社交媒体研究的知识结构和发展趋势开展系统性研究。研究主要采用CiteSpace可视化分析工具,结合使用共词分析、聚类分析和突现分析等方法对目标主题开展系统评述。[结果/结论]国内社交媒体研究的关注度呈现线性增长特征,且在2013—2015年形成知识结构主体框架;其次,国内社交媒体研究形成以16个聚类为基础的三大知识域;最后,形成以理论基础、工具载体、分析方法、应用实践和发展趋势为基础的知识脉络。总之,技术进步以社交媒体为中介,对个体、群体和社会均带来深远影响。
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the perspective of bibliometrics,this paper systematically reviews the frontier hot spots,knowledge structure and development trend of domestic social media research,providing a new perspective for comprehensively summarizing domestic social media research in the past decade.[Method/Process]Based on the data of 3837 journal papers from 2011 to 2021,this study systematically studied the knowledge structure and development trend of social media research in China using the bibliometrics method.The research mainly used CiteSpace visual analysis tool,combined with co-word analysis,cluster analysis and burst analysis to systematically review the target topic.[Result/Conclusion]The attention of social media research in China showed a linear growth feature,and the main framework of knowledge structure was formed during 2013-2015.Secondly,social media research in China has formed three knowledge domains based on 16 clusters.Finally,social media research in China has formed a knowledge vein based on theoretical basis,tool carrier,analytical method,application practice and development trend.In conclusion,technological progress,mediated by social media,has brought profound impacts on individuals,groups,and society.
