摘要
构建主题图谱能够对高校网络舆情进行正确积极的舆情监管和舆情引导。本文以“苏州大学学生恶意P图”事件为例采集微博数据,首先利用社会网络分析法并基于舆情生命周期的不同阶段构建网络舆情主体图谱,之后结合LDA主题模型进行文本挖掘以构建舆情客体图谱。研究发现:主题图谱可以对网络用户群体及其关注热点进行清晰的可视化处理,不同阶段的舆情主题、关键主体互动具有明显区别,未来可以通过发挥不同主体效力、利用各种技术手段对衍生话题与高热主题进行监测、基于舆情生命周期采取不同治理策略等方式帮助舆情监管部门迅速把握事件的多属性演化动态,更好应对同类高校舆情事件。
Constructing a thematic map can provide more accurate and proactive public opinion supervision and guidance for online public opinion in universities.This article takes the“Suzhou University Student Malicious P-Map”incident as an example to collect Weibo data.Firstly,social network analysis is used to construct a network public opinion subject map based on different stages of the public opinion lifecycle.Then,LDA topic models are combined for text mining to construct a public opinion object map.Research has found that theme maps can provide clear visualization of network user groups and their hot topics of concern.There are significant differences in public opinion themes and key subject interactions at different stages.In the future,various methods such as leveraging the effectiveness of different subjects,utilizing various technological means to monitor derivative and hot topics,and adopting different governance strategies based on the public opinion lifecycle can help public opinion regulatory departments quickly grasp the multi-attribute evolution dynamics of events and better respond to similar university public opinion events.
