摘要
以CSSCI数据库中与双元创新相关的851篇文献作为研究对象,利用CiteSpace软件分析双元创新在中国的研究现状、热点和演化趋势。结果显示,双元创新在中国的发展经历了萌芽期、发展期和稳定期3个阶段,其中高校是双元创新研究领域的中坚力量;研究热点从双元能力、企业绩效和双元性等演变为智力资本、技术能力和技术创新,再演变为智能制造、绿色制造和冗余资源的研究;知识域从最初的绩效研究,到双元领导和组织学习研究,再到吸收能力和动态能力的研究,体现着不同时期中国企业实现双元的路径以及达成双元的目标。研究结论对定性文献分析综述有一定的补充作用,同时将为学界继续研究中国情景下的双元创新提供参考。
Using 851 documents related to ambidextrous innovation in the CSSCI database as the research object and Cite Space software was used to analyze the research status,hotspots,and evolution trend of ambidextrous innovation in China.The results show that the development of ambidextrous innovation in China has gone through three stages:embryonic period,development period,and stable period;among them,universities are the backbone in the field of ambidextrous innovation research.The research hotspots have evolved from ambidextrous capabilities,corporate performance,and ambidexterity to intellectual capital,technological capabilities,and technological innovation,and then to research on intelligent manufacturing,green manufacturing,and redundant resources;The knowledge domain,from initial performance research to research on ambidextrous leadership and organizational learning,to research on absorptive and dynamic capabilities,reflects the paths and goals of Chinese enterprises in achieving ambidextrous goals in different periods.Therefore,these findings have a supplementary on qualitative literature analysis and review,and provide reference for the academic community to continue studying ambidextrous innovation in the context of China.
