摘要
目的探讨协同护理模式在老年人工髋关节置换术患者围手术期中的应用。方法按照随机数表法将2018年10月-2021年2月我院收治的80例老年髋关节置换术患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用协同护理。比较两组围手术期指标(手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量),对比两组护理前后哈里斯髋关节功能评分(HHS)。结果与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量、术后引流量显著降低(P<0.05)。组内HHS评分比较,两组均为护理后14 d>护理后7 d>护理前,观察组HHS评分护理后7、14 d均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式用于老年人工髋关节置换术,可加快术后康复进程,有利于髋关节功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the application of collaborative nursing mode in perioperative period of elderly patients with artificial hip replacement.Methods:80 elderly patients witth hip replacement in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group accepted routine nursing,while those in the observation group accepted cooperative nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The perioperative indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage)of the two groups were compared,and Harris hip joint function score(HHS)before and after nursing was compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding during operation and the amount of drainage after operation in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Within-group comparison of the scores of HHS,they were 14 days after nursing>7 days after nursing>before nursing in both the two groups.The scores of HHS of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 7 and 14 days after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cooperative nursing mode in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process,which is beneficial to the recovery of hip joint function.
