摘要
目的分析术中优质护理配合对胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者的影响。方法方便选取2020年1月—2023年5月于南京医科大学附属江苏盛泽医院行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的患者89例为研究对象,利用最新统计学软件生成随机序列后将患者分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组45例,对照组44例。观察组在常规护理基础上实施术中优质护理配合,对照组给予常规护理。观察并比较两组患者心理弹性、生活质量、护理满意度。结果护理干预后,观察组心理弹性评分高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理满意度(95.55%)高于对照组(79.55%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.265,P=0.022)。结论对行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的患者实施术中优质护理措施,可以显著提高患者心理弹性和生活质量,增强患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the influence of intraoperative high-quality nursing cooperation on patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods A total of 89 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobotomy in Jiangsu Shengze Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group after the latest statistical software was used to generate random sequences.There were 45 cases in observation group and 44 cases in control group.The observation group was provided with high-quality intraoperative nursing on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The psychological resilience,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After nursing intervention,the psychological resilience score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction of observation group(95.55%)was higher than that of control group(79.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.265,P=0.022).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality intraoperative nursing measures for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy can significantly improve their psychological resilience and quality of life,and enhance their nursing satisfaction.
