摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科理念在高龄髋关节置换患者围手术期护理中的的临床效果。方法选择2018年4月至2019年3月间入院接受治疗的高龄髋关节置换患者作为研究对象,经过筛选,共收集到100例,将其按照护理方法不同分为甲乙两组,每组各50例,甲组患者进行常规性护理,乙组患者应用快速康复外科理念,之后统计并对比两组患者护理前、后的Harris评分和护理满意度。结果经过护理,乙组患者的各项数据均均显著优于甲组,经过统计学比对,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高龄髋关节置换患者应用快速康复外科理念,临床护理效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods Review and analyzed elderly hip replacement patients admitted to hospital between April 2018 and March 2019 as research objects.After screening,choose 100 cases and divided them into two groups according to different nursing methods.Group A was treated with routine nursing,and group B with rapid recovery surgery concept.After that,counte and compare Harris scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups before and after nursing were.Results After nursing,data of group B patients were significantly better than group A.After statistical comparison,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery concept has significant clinical nursing effect to elderly patients with hip replacement,which is worthy of promotion.
