摘要
目的探讨个案管理护理模式干预在行人工髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年12月于我院行人工髋关节置换术的60例患者,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各30例。观察组实施个案管理护理模式,对照组实施常规护理,两组均随访6个月。对比两组疼痛程度、髋关节功能、日常生活能力及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后3 d疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后髋关节功能及日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论个案管理护理模式干预在行人工髋关节置换术患者中具有较好应用效果,减轻患者疼痛程度,促进髋关节功能恢复,提高其日常生活能力,利于降低并发症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of case management nursing mode intervention in patients with artificial hip replacement.Methods:60 patients who underwent artificial hip replacement in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given case management nursing mode,and the control group was given routine nursing mode.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.Pain,hip function,daily living ability and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:3 days after operation,the postoperative pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of hip function and daily living ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case management nursing mode intervention has a good application effect in patients with artificial hip replacement,which can reduce the pain degree of patients,promote the recovery of hip function,improve the activity of daily living,and reduce the risk of complications.
