摘要
近年来,我国老龄化加剧,老年群体面临的数字鸿沟问题成为了当下热议的话题。我国作为电子支付大国,在不断创新支付手段、普及电子支付方式的时候,往往忽视老年人的接受能力与需求,使得其渐渐落后于电子信息时代的脚步。本文将通过对比国内外数字鸿沟研究现状,以数字鸿沟视角对老年人电子支付使用情况进行定性研究、定量分析,来研究在电子支付时代所形成的老年群体数字鸿沟,分析其影响因素及形成原因,并根据陕西省实地调研结果,为缩小老年人数字鸿沟给出对策与建议。
In recent years,the aging of China has intensified,and the digital gap faced by the elderly has become a hot topic.As a large country of electronic payment,China tends to neglect the acceptance ability and demand of the elderly when constantly innovating payment means and popularizing electronic payment methods,which makes it gradually lag behind the pace of the electronic information age.This paper will compare the research status of the digital divide at home and abroad,conduct qualitative research and quantitative analysis on the use of electronic payment for the elderly from the perspective of the digital divide,study the digital divide formed in the era of electronic payment for the elderly,analyze its influencing factors and causes,and give countermeasures and suggestions for narrowing the digital divide for the elderly according to the field research results in Shaanxi Province.
