摘要
以体育消费试点工作实施方案为基础,深入剖析体育消费试点城市兴起的原因及优劣势。结果显示:体育消费试点城市作为新时期体育产业发展的关键,是在诱发因素和推动因素下形成的,具有明显的当代特征,是实践与理论高度结合的产物。作为时代的产物,在实践过程中既要重视体育产业结构升级和创新、营造良好的体育氛围,也不能忽视其地方保护主义、政府过渡干预等问题。提出在新时代下,体育消费试点城市建设要确保城市政策的持续稳定,保持政策的连续性与稳定性,创新体育产品的开发与应用,拓宽体育消费渠道,提升城市体育人口,以人民为中心,围绕人民业余生活需要优化城市体育产业结构,以及通过加强赛事建设打造体育消费城市。
This article develops the new wind port in the sports industry,and then analyzes the reasons and disadvantages of the pilot city of sports consumption in the basis of the implementation plan of the pilot work of sports consumption.The research shows that the sports consumption pilot city,as the key to the development of sports industry in the new period,is formed under the inducing factors and promoting factors,has obvious contemporary characteristics,and is the product of high combination of practice and theory.As the product of The Times,we should not only pay attention to the upgrading and innovation of sports industrial structure and create a good sports atmosphere,but also should not ignore the problems such as local protectionism and transitional government intervention.It is proposed that in the new era,the construction of sports consumption pilot city should ensure the continuous and stable policies of sports consumption pilot city,maintain the continuity and stability of policies,then innovate the development and application of sports products,broaden the channels of sports consumption,improve the urban sports population,and take the people as the center.According to the needs of people′s spare time life,the structure of urban sports industry should be optimized and the sports consumption city should be built by strengthening the construction of sports events.
