摘要
推动体育消费试点城市高质量建设是体育产业领域助力扩大内需战略的重要抓手,而路径选择是影响体育消费试点城市高质量建设成效的关键要素。基于消费经济学、产业经济学以及政府规制理论,构建了体育消费试点城市高质量建设路径组态的“供给—需求—环境”分析框架,运用定性比较方法分析探讨了31个体育消费试点城市建设方案中的路径组态。研究发现:1)我国体育消费试点城市高质量建设具有3种不同路径组态,即供给侧和需求侧组合的市场主导型、环境侧组合供给侧/需求侧的政策主导型、供给侧和需求侧以及环境侧组合的共同驱动型,呈现出我国体育消费城市高质量建设的多元路径。2)由于体育消费试点城市具有异质性,路径组态的选择取决于城市的核心条件,通过路径之间的互补性与组合性,可以实现高质量发展的等效目标。3)打破了前人研究认为体育消费城市的高质量建设需要从各方面同时发力的固有认知,发现了供给侧、需求侧和环境侧路径驱动的互动关系,为后续体育消费城市建设提供理论依据和实践启示。
Promoting the high-quality construction of pilot cities for sports consumption is an important measure to boost domestic demand in the sports industry.The selection of path is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of the high-quality construction of pilot cities for sports consumption.Based on consumption economics,industrial economics,and government regulation theory,the study constructs an analysis framework of“supply-demand-environment”for configuring the pathways of high-quality construction of sports consumption pilot cities.By using a qualitative comparison method,it analyzes and explores the pathway configuration of 31 construction plans of pilot cities for sports consumption.The study found that:(1)There are three different path configurations for high-quality construction in China’s pilot cities for sports consumption,i.e.,the market-driven type with a combination of supply side and demand side,the policy-driven type with a combination of supply side and demand side and environment side,and the co-driven type with a combination of supply side,demand side and environment side,presenting the diverse pathways for the construction of high quality sports consumption cities in China;(2)Due to the heterogeneity of pilot cities for sports consumption,the choice of pathway grouping depends on the core conditions of the city.Through the complementarity and combination between pathways,the equivalent goal of high-quality development can be achieved;(3)It breaks the inherent perception of previous studies that the high-quality construction of sports consumption cities needs to be driven from all aspects simultaneously.It has discovered the interactive relationship driven by the supply-side,demand-side and environment-side pathways,which provides the subsequent construction of sports consumption cities with theoretical basis and practical inspiration for the subsequent construction of sports-consuming cities.
