摘要
目的探讨在骨科护理中引用实践无痛护理管理体系的效果。方法从2021年8月-2022年8月期间本院收治的骨科患者选取100例,经由随机数表法产生2组,即观察组、对照组各50例,分别行无痛护理管理体系、常规护理。对比两组干预效果。结果观察组较对照组的术中出血量[(50.49±10.04)VS(56.79±12.75)]ml较少,且手术时间[(61.08±0.62)VS(65.59±0.81)]min、疼痛时间[(2.88±0.89)VS(6.38±1.75)]d及住院时间[(9.43±2.55)VS(15.02±4.49)]较短(t=2.745,31.264,12.606,7.655;P<0.05)。观察组患者术后12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h的VAS评分(4.05±0.55)分、(3.02±0.42)分、(2.09±0.34)分、(1.56±0.18)分均低于对照组(5.81±0.63)分、(4.65±0.57)分、(2.88±0.32)分、(1.75±0.52)分,差异显著(t=14.881,16.279,11.964,2.442;P<0.05)。观察组的SF-36评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组的非常满意率分别为64.00%、42.00%,满意率分别为32.00%、38.00%,不满意率分别为4.00%、20.00%,组间差异显著(x2=6.061,P<0.05)。结论无痛护理管理体系可有效改善骨科患者手术情况,减轻其术后疼痛,提升其生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of citing practice pain free care management systems in orthopedic nursing.Methods A total of 100 patients were selected from the Department of orthopedics in our hospital between August 2021 and August 2022,and 2 groups were generated via the random number table method,that is,50 patients each in the observation and control groups,respectively,underwent pain free care management system,routine care.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss[(50.49±10.04)VS(56.79±12.75)]ml than the control group,and operative time[(61.08±0.62)VS(65.59±0.81)]min,pain time[(2.88±0.89)VS(6.38±1.75)]D and hospital stay[(9.43±2.55)VS(15.02±4.49)]d were shorter(t=2.745,31.264,12.606,7.655;P<0.05).The VAS scores of patients in the observation group at 12 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h postoperatively(4.05±0.55)points,(3.02±0.42)points,(2.09±0.34)points,and(2.09±0.34)points were lower than those of the control group(5.81±0.63)points,(4.65±0.57)points,(2.88±0.32)points,and(1.75±0.52)points,with significant differences(t=14.881,16.279,11.964,2.442;P<0.05).The SF-36 scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The very satisfactory rate was 64.00%,42.00%,satisfactory rate was 32.00%,38.00%,and unsatisfactory rate was 4.00%,20.00%in the observation and control groups,respectively,with significant differences between groups(x2=6.061,P<0.05).Conclusion The pain free care management system can effectively improve the surgical situation of orthopedic patients,reduce their postoperative pain,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction with care.
