摘要
目的探讨量化评估策略在全膝关节表面置换患者手术室护理中的效果分析。方法选取2020年1月-2021年10月在我院接受全膝关节表面置换术的80例患者,根据入院随机编号将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组行常规手术室护理,研究组在量化评估策略下行护理干预;对两组患者护理质量,术中相关指标,术后8、24、48 h疼痛情况,术后并发症发生情况及术后膝关节功能进行对比。结果研究组护理质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术耗时显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组(p<0.05);研究组术后8、24、48 h VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1周、术后2周膝关节功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在全膝关节表面置换术护理中行基于量化评估策略的护理干预效果较好,可有效提升护理质量,降低术中出血量,缩短手术时间,降低术后并发症发生率,缓解术后疼痛,利于术后膝关节功能恢复。
Objective:To study the effect of quantitative evaluation strategies in the nursing of patients with total knee arthroplasty in the operating room.Methods:From January 2020 to October 2021,80 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were selected according to the random number of admission,and were divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care in operating room,and the study group performed nursing intervention with quantitative evaluation strategies.Compare the quality of care for the two groups,intraoperative related indicators,postoperative pain at 8,24,and 48 h,postoperative complications,and postoperative knee joint function.Results:The quality of nursing care in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the operation time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group(p<0.05);The VAS score of the study group at 8,24 and 48 h after surgery was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the knee joint function of the study group was significantly better at 1 and 2 weeks after surgery than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy in total knee resurfacing nursing has a good effect,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing,arthroplasty blood loss,shorten operation time,reduce postoperative complications,and relieve postoperative pain,which is conducive to the recovery of knee joint function after surgery.
