摘要
目的研究无痛管理在骨折患者早期康复护理中的应用价值.方法选择医院2022年6月-12月60例骨折手术患者,随机数字表法分为2组,对照组在早期康复护理中采取常规干预措施,观察组在早期康复护理中采取常规干预和无痛管理,比较2组疼痛程度、护理满意度.结果观察组护理后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论无痛管理在骨折患者早期康复护理中的应用价值较高,能减轻患者疼痛,改善日常生活活动,提升护理满意度.
Objective To study the application value of painless management in early rehabilitation nursing of fracture patients.Methods 60 patients with fracture surgery in our hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine intervention measures in early rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was given routine intervention and painless management in early rehabilitation nursing.The pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless management has a high application value in early rehabilitation nursing of fracture patients,which can reduce pain,improve nursing satisfaction.
