摘要
目的:分析综合性护理在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果。方法:以我院2019年1月—2022年12月内收治的80例黄疸新生儿本次研究对象,并以临床护理模式分为常规组(40例,常规护理)和观察组(40例,综合性护理),对比分析两组护理模式的应用价值。结果:(1)观察组患儿黄疸消退时间、首次自主排便时间、总住院时长、出院时血清TBIL含量,均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);(2)观察组患儿不良反应发生率及3个月内黄疸复发率显著低于常规组(P<0.05);(3)两组患儿护理前监护人对新生儿黄疸的了解评分无明显差异(P>0.05),而护理后,观察组患儿监护人对新生儿黄疸的了解评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05);(4)观察组患儿监护人对护理服务的满意度评价显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿黄疸的临床护理中,开展综合性护理可有效促进患儿康复,并降低患儿治疗期间不良反应,提升患儿监护人对新生儿黄疸的防护与对护理服务的满意度评价,从而取得理想护理效果。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in neonatal jaundice care.Methods:A total of 80 newborns with jaundice admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a routine group(40 cases,routine care)and an observation group(40 cases,comprehensive care)based on clinical nursing modes.The application value of the two nursing modes was compared and analyzed.Results:(1)The time for jaundice resolution,first spontaneous defecation time,total hospital stay,and serum TBIL content at discharge in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05);(2)The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence of jaundice within 3 months in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in the understanding score of neonatal jaundice between the two groups of caregivers before nursing ( P >0.05), while after nursing, the observation group had significantly higher understanding scores of neonatal jaundice than the control group ( P <0.05);(4)The satisfaction evaluation of nursing services by the guardians of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: In the clinical nursing of neonatal jaundice, comprehensive nursing can effectively promote the recovery of patients, reduce adverse reactions during treatment, enhance the protection of neonatal jaundice by guardians, and evaluate the satisfaction of nursing services, thus achieving ideal nursing results.
