摘要
从一元单向管理走向多元协同治理,是当前政府社会治理变革的重要发展趋势。在网络问政领域,政府和媒体已开展了协同治理的探索实践。本文以全国性网络问政平台人民网“领导留言板”作为案例来源,选取政媒协同典型案例,运用ROST软件对其留言办理工作报告进行词频统计、语义网络构建、高频词类目分析,归纳当前政府与媒体在网络问政信息输入、事项处理、数据分析、信息公开四大环节的协同治理现状与不足,并提出打造协同平台、加强协同传播、完善协同机制等优化路径。
The transform from management to collaborative governance is a significant trend in current government social governance.In online interactive politics,government and media have already carried out collaborative governance exploration and practice.Based on the national online interactive politics platform“Message Board for Leaders”,the study chooses typical cases of government-media collaboration and uses ROST to conduct word frequency statistics,semantic network construction and word category analysis.After summarizing the characteristics and problems of information input,event processing,data analysis,information disclosure,which are four main parts in the government-media collaboration,the study puts forward the optimization path of building collaborative platform,strengthening collaborative dissemination and improving collaborative mechanism.
