摘要
中国政治学需要范式革命。考虑到中国自身悠久的历史传统和丰富的历史记录,历史政治学当为最好的突破口。历史政治学的中国议题大约有三:第一,完整地描述国家形态在中国的演变历史,以揭示当代国家形态之渊源、把握政治演变之趋势、探讨改善政治之方案;第二,通过历史的比较政治分析,充分发掘中国最早建立现代国家、长期实行郡县制、国家规模持续扩大且保持超大规模这三个重要事实的理论意义,以重新思考、构建关于政治、国家的一般理论;第三,揭示中国与中国以外国家的政治互动过程,立足中国,发展世界历史政治学,研究世界政治体系演变的历史,以探讨中国为改善世界体系可发挥之积极作用。
China’s political studies needs a paradigm revolution.Taking the abundance of China’s own historical traditions and historical records into account,we could argue that Historico-Politics is the best approach to the launching of this"revolution".Three Chinese issues of Historico-Politics could be introduced here,as follows.First,by giving complete account of the state-type evolution in Chinese history,Historico-Politics is able to reveal the sources of the contemporary state types,grasp the trend of political changes,and quest for the schemes of future reforms.Second,through the historical analyses of comparative politics,Historico-Politics should explore the theoretical significances of three critical facts in Chinese history,so that the general theories of politics and state could be reevaluated and reconstructed.These facts are that the first modern state was formed in China,that China has been practicing prefecture-country system for a long time,and that the Chinese state has been continuously expanding its scale and successfully maintaining the vastness of its scale.Third,by revealing the political interactions between China and other countries,this China-based approach also leads to the development of World Historico-Politics studies,the historical inquiries into the world politics system,and the discussion on China’s positive roles in the betterment of current world system.
