摘要
目的:运用红外光谱法分析地黄三种不同炮制品的图谱信息,为地黄不同炮制品的红外快速鉴别提供指纹图谱信息依据。方法:用傅里叶变换红外光谱压片法测定鲜地黄、生地黄、熟地黄的红外光谱,并对光谱进行平滑、基线校正、归一化、二阶求导等图谱处理,分析三种地黄红外光谱图所含信息的不同之处。结果:熟地黄因炮制过程中化学成分变化较大,在波数1000~1200cm-1之间与鲜地黄和生地黄的红外图谱差别较大,而鲜地黄与生地黄的红外图谱差别较小。结论:红外光谱法能从整体水平分析地黄三种不同炮制品的红外图谱,且该方法操作简单、快速、无损,可为地黄不同炮制品的红外快速鉴别提供依据。
Objective:Using infrared spectroscopy to analyze the spectrum information of three different processed products of rehmannia glutinosa.And then it can provide a basis fingerprint information to identify the difference of different processed products of radix rehmanniae rapidly.Methods:Determine the spectrum of fresh radix rehmanniae,radix rehmanniae and prepared radix rehmanniae by Fourier transform infrared spectrum using moothing,basline correction,normalization,and second-order derivation.Results:The spctrum has a big difference between the fresh radix rehmanniae and radix rehmanniae at the wavelenth of 1000~1200 cm-1.And the difference came from the chemical composition of prepared radix rehmanniae changes due to the processing process.But the difference between the fresh radix rehmanniae and the radix rehmanniae is little.Conclusion:It’s feasible to ananlysis the spectrum of rehmannia by infrared spectroscopy at an overall level.And it provides a simple,fast,and non-destructive reference to analysis the different processed products of rehmannia.
