摘要
目的基于红外光谱技术和化学模式识别方法对生甘草及蜜炙甘草进行化学模式的分析和识别。方法先用红外光谱仪测出生甘草及蜜炙甘草样品的红外光谱,分析二者红外光谱差异;利用spss19.0、SIMCA 14.1分析软件进行二者红外光谱数据的相似性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)等化学模式判别分析。结果生甘草及蜜炙甘草红外共有模式光谱具有很大相似性;通过二者的相似性分析、聚类分析和PCA可知,甘草经蜜炙后化学成分和含量发生了某种意义上的变化,但在一定程度上也保留了共有的特征;所建立的OPLS-DA模型很好的反映出了二者的差异性。建立的化学模式识别方法能够真实、可靠的反映出甘草经蜜炙后特征变化,可作为二者分类和鉴别的指标。结论所建立的生甘草及蜜炙甘草的化学模式判别方法可靠,能够清晰有效地判别生甘草和蜜炙甘草,为运用化学模式判别方法对中药及其炮制品的鉴别和品质评价提供参考。
Objective Based on infrared spectroscopy and chemical pattern recognition,the chemical patterns of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Honey grilled Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.were analyzed and recognized.Methods The infrared spectra of the samples of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Honey grilled Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.were measured by infrared spectrometer,and the differences of infrared spectra between them were analyzed by spss19.0 and SIMCA 14.1 software.The similarity analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least square discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were used to analyze the chemical patterns of the infrared spectral data of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Honey grilled Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch..Results Through the similarity analysis,cluster analysis and PCA,we can see that the chemical composition and content of Honey grilled Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.have changed in a certain sense,but to some extent,they also retain the common characteristics,and the established OPLS-DA model well reflects the difference between the two.The established chemical pattern recognition method can truly and reliably reflect the characteristics of Radix Glycyrrhizae after honey processing,and can be used as an index for the classification and identification of Honey grilled Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch..Conclusion The chemical model discrimination methods of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Honey grilled Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.established in this experiment are reliable and can clearly and effectively distinguish Radix Glycyrrhizae and Honey grilled Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,which provides a reference for the identification and quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and its processed products.
