摘要
目的:探究绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphyllum)水提物对科宝肉鸡血常规、血清生化指标、新城疫和禽流感抗体水平的影响。方法:将300只1日龄科宝肉鸡随机分为5组,每组60只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别添加0.5%、1%、2%、4%的绞股蓝水提物,试验期42 d。试验第7天进行鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗免疫,第14天进行鸡传染性法氏囊病活疫苗免疫,第21天进行鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎、禽流感(H9亚型)三联灭活疫苗免疫,第28天进行重组禽流感病毒(H5+H7)三价灭活疫苗免疫。试验42 d分别用抗凝管和非抗凝管对科宝肉鸡进行采血,检测血常规和血清生化指标。试验第1、7、21和42天分别对科宝肉鸡进行采血取血清,通过血凝和血凝抑制试验检测新城疫和禽流感H5、H7、H9亚型抗体水平。结果:与对照组相比,添加2%绞股蓝水提物可显著提高科宝肉鸡血清的白蛋白含量(P<0.05),添加4%绞股蓝水提物可显著提高科宝肉鸡血清的总蛋白、球蛋白和白蛋白含量(P<0.05);添加0.5%、1%、2%、4%的绞股蓝水提物均能显著降低科宝肉鸡血清中尿素氮含量(P<0.05)。1%和2%的绞股蓝水提物可显著提高7 d科宝肉鸡的新城疫和禽流感H9亚型母源抗体水平(P<0.05);0.5%、1%、2%、4%的绞股蓝水提物均可以显著提高42 d科宝肉鸡的新城疫抗体水平(P<0.05);2%绞股蓝水提物可显著提高42 d科宝肉鸡的禽流感H9亚型抗体水平(P<0.05)。结论:绞股蓝水提物可改善科宝肉鸡的血清生化指标,提高新城疫、禽流感H9亚型抗体水平,以2%剂量添加最优。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous exctracts on routine blood,serum biochemical indices,Newcastle disease and avian influenza antibody titer of Cobb Broilers.Methods:3001-day-old Cobb broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups of 60 birds each,and the control group were fed with the basal diet while the test group were supplemented with 0.5%,1%,2%and 4%of Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous extract respectively for 42 d.The chickens were immunized against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis on 7 d,infectious bursitis on 14 d and infectious bursal disease on 21 d.The chickens were immunized with Newcastle disease,infectious bronchitis and avian influenza(subtype H9)trivalent inactivated vaccine on 7 d and recombinant avian influenza virus(H5+H7)trivalent inactivated vaccine on 28 d.Blood was collected from Cobb broilers on 42 d using anticoagulant tubes and non-anticoagulant tubes to test routine blood and serum biochemical parameters.The serum was collected from Cobb broilers at 1,7,21 and 42 d to detect Newcastle disease and avian influenza H5,H7 and H9 subtypes by hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests.Results:Compared with the control group,the addition of 2%Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous exctracts significantly increased the albumin content of Cobb broiler serum(P<0.05),and the addition of 4%Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous exctracts significantly increased the total protein,globulin and albumin content of Cobb broiler serum(P<0.05).The addition of 0.5%,1%,2%and 4%Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous exctracts significantly reduced the urea nitrogen content of Cobb broiler serum(P<0.05).1%and 2%of Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous exctracts significantly increased the titer of Newcastle disease and avian influenza H9 subtype maternal antibodies in Cobb broilers at 7 d(P<0.05).0.5%,1%,2%and 4%Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous exctracts significantly increased the titer of Newcastle disease antibodies in Cobb broilers at 42 d(P<0.05);2%Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous exctracts could significantly increase the titer of avian influenza H9 subtype antibodies in 42 d Cobb broilers(P<0.05).Conclusion:In conclusion,Gynostemma pentaphyllum aqueous can improve the blood biochemical indicators and increase the titer of Newcastle disease and avian influenza H9 subtype antibodies in Cobb broilers,and the 2%dose was added optimally in this experiment.
