摘要
目的探究苓甘五味姜辛汤对老年急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者肺功能及炎性因子的影响。方法纳入医院收治86例老年急性加重期COPD患者,并将其随机分为对照组与治疗组,各43例,对照组给予西医抗感染、平喘等对症常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予苓甘五味姜辛汤进行治疗,两组疗程均为2周。疗程结束后观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、肺功能及炎性因子情况。结果治疗组的临床治疗总有效率为95.35%(41/43),而对照组的临床治疗总有效率为79.07%(34/43),治疗组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组肺功能FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC水平均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),但治疗组的患者肺功能改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),同时治疗组患者的炎性因子水平改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苓甘五味姜辛汤可显著改善老年急性加重期COPD患者的肺功能及炎性因子水平,安全有效,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction(苓甘五味姜辛汤)on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD who were admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 43 cases in each.The control group was given Western medicine anti-infective and antiasthmatic conventional treatment.The treatment group was given Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction based on the treatment in the control group,and the course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,lung function and inflammatory factors of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 95.35%(41/43),while that in the control group was 79.07%(34/43).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lung function(FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC)was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the improvement of lung function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were all improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction can significantly improve lung function and inflammatory factor levels in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.It is safe and effective,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
