在职男幼师职业边缘化的现状分析与对策研究——基于四川省A市3所幼儿园的调查 被引量:2

摘要 为改变在职男幼师职业发展环境,凸显男幼师在培育幼儿过程中具有“勇敢”“坚强”“智慧”等品质方面的优势,通过问卷调查法、访谈法、文献法对在职男幼师职业边缘化的现状进行调查分析,发现在职男幼师存在入园不带班、教学机会少,专业冲突大、工作杂务多,园所对男幼师身份认同低、发展晋升空间小,接受再教育培训少、能力提升受限等问题。主要原因是园所未能充分认识男幼师对幼儿发展的重要影响及其价值,园所赋予男幼师的职能职责不清晰,男幼师的专业发展条件受限,男幼师师资需求矛盾严重,社会对男幼师身份认同固化。文章从社会、园所、个人三方面提出了相应的建议与对策,以期能补齐学前教育师资体系的短板,改善学前教育教学生态。 In order to change the occupational development environment of in-service male kindergarten teachers,and highlight the advantages of male kindergarten teachers in the cultivation of children,such as“bravery”,“strength”and“wisdom”,the status quo of occupational marginalization of male kindergarten teachers in service was investigated and analyzed by methods of questionnaire survey,interview and literature.It is found that male kindergarten teachers in service do not lead classes,having less teaching opportunities;major conflicts,more work chores;the kindergarten has low identity for male kindergarten teachers and little space for development and promotion;lack of re-education training and limited ability improvement.The main reason is that kindergartens have not fully recognized the important influence and value of male kindergarten teachers on children’s development;the functions and responsibilities assigned to male kindergarten teachers are not clear;the professional development conditions of male kindergarten teachers are limited;the demand for male kindergarten teachers is seriously contradictory;society solidifies the identity of male kindergarten teachers.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects of society,kindergartens and individuals,in order to make up the shortcomings of preschool education teacher system and improve preschool education teaching ecology.
