马来西亚产东革阿里叶中紫罗兰酮类和木脂素类化学成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:1

Isolation and identification of ionones and lignans from Eurycoma longifolia Jack

摘要 目的对马来西亚产东革阿里(Eurycoma longifolia Jack)叶中的化学成分进行研究,为其资源开发与应用提供依据。方法综合应用大孔吸附树脂、正相硅胶、反相ODS柱和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱以及高效液相色谱法对东革阿里叶的化学成分进行分离和纯化,并结合单体成分的理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从东革阿里叶的体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离出6个紫罗兰酮类和4个木脂素类成分,分别鉴定为icariside B5(1)、euodionoside F(2)、(6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionolβ-D-glucopyranoside(3)、roseosideⅡ(4)、(6S,9S)-roseoside(5)、glochidionionoside D(6)、threo-1,2-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、(-)-secoisolariciresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8)、(7R,8S,7’R,8’S)-syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)和syringaresinol diglucoside(10)。结论从东革阿里叶中分离鉴定了6个紫罗兰酮类和4个木脂素类单体成分。化合物1~10均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 In order to promote the development of Eurycoma longifolia Jack,the chemical constituents of its leaves have been studied. Six ionones and four lignans have been isolated by using multiple chromatographic methods including D101 resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and HPLC,and their structures were identified as icariside B5(1),euodionoside F(2),( 6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),roseoside Ⅱ( 4),( 6 S,9 S)-roseoside(5),glochidionionoside D(6),threo-1,2-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),(-)-secoisolariciresinol 4-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(8),( 7R,8S,7’R,8’S)-syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),and syringaresinol diglucoside( 10),respectively,by combining the physicochemical properties with spectral data. All of them were firstly obtained from Eurycoma genus.
