摘要
以红壤土、椰糠、草炭土、河沙、牛粪为基本原料,按不同配比配置育苗基质,开展东革阿里种子育苗研究。结果表明:不同基质下东革阿里种子发芽率介于15.63%~56.25%之间,其中基质A红壤土:草炭土=1:1发芽率最高,为56.25%;在试验期间,东革阿里幼苗在不同基质下成活率均为100%,但基质A更能促进东革阿里幼苗高径生长。
With red loam soil,coconut chaff,grass charcoal soil,river sand,and cow dung as basic raw materials,seedling substrates were configured in different proportions to carry out research on E.longifolia seedlings.The results showed that the germination rate of seeds under different substrates ranged from15.63%to 56.25%.Among them,substrate A(red loam soil:peat soil=1:1)had the highest germination rate,reaching 56.25%;During the trial,Survival rate of the seedlings under different substrates is 100%.Under the condition of substrate A,it is more conducive to the high and diameter growth of the seedlings.
