摘要
目的了解护士在援助新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情救治工作准备期间的心理感受,为护士开展心理干预和防护知识与技能培训提供借鉴。方法运用现象学方法对报名参加援鄂医疗队10名护士在准备期间进行半结构化深度访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果护士在援助COVID-19疫情救治工作准备期心理感受可归纳为3个主题:责任感与紧张焦虑并存、需求各不相同、预计个人成长与收获。结论护士在援助COVID-19疫情救治工作准备的过程中表现出强烈的职业责任感,但又存在紧张、焦虑和对个人能力不自信等情绪,对于防护物资、防护知识技能培训及真实信息等的需求较为强烈,预计疫情一线的工作经历会促进其个人成长。护理管理者应重视针对报名参加援助COVID-19疫情救治工作护士在准备期间的心理疏导干预和专业的防护知识与技能培训,提高护士在实际医疗支援工作中的心理应激能力和自我防护能力。
Objective To understand the psychological feelings of nurses during the preparation of assistance for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) epidemic,and provide reference for nurses to carry out psychological intervention and protection knowledge and skills training. Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 10 nurses of the medical team preparing for the aid of Hubei Province using phenomenology,and the data were collated and analyzed using the Colaizzi seven-step analysis method. Results The psychological feelings of nurses during the preparation period for COVID-19 epidemic can be summarized into 3 themes:responsibility and tension and anxiety coexist,different needs,and expected personal growth and gains. Conclusion Nursing staff showed a strong sense of professional responsibility in preparing for the medical team to assist Hubei,but they also had emotions such as tension,fear,anxiety,and self-confidence in personal abilities. They also provided protective knowledge and skills training,protective supplies and real information. The demand for waiting is relatively strong,and it is expected that work experience in the frontline of the epidemic will promote their personal growth. Nursing managers should pay attention to psychological counseling interventions and professional protection knowledge and skills training for the nursing staff of the medical team to prepare for aid to Hubei,so as to improve the psychological stress ability and self-protection ability of nursing staff in actual medical support work.
