摘要
糖尿病性周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,其发病机制至今尚未阐明,且临床治疗缺乏有效手段。本文通过梳理糖尿病周围神经病变的现代认识,结合中医学对糖尿病性周围神经病变的认识,认为既然血瘀贯穿整个发病过程,活血、化瘀、通络法可在发病之初甚至未发生时就采用,以期达到"防先于治、防控结合";而"中西结合、综合诊疗"是本病治疗的关键。
Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes.The pathogenesis of DPN has not yet been expound and there has ineffective treatment of DPN.This article consider blood sputum throughout the pathogenesis,so the method of promoting blood circulation,dissipating phlegm and collaterals can be adopted at the beginning of the onset of the disease.This method can be the key to the treatment of this disease.
