摘要
目的比较郑氏"金鸡啄米法"针刺与捻转平补平泻法针刺治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将72例符合纳入标准的糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者按就诊顺序分为观察组(金鸡啄米组)和对照组(平补平泻组)。观察组采用郑氏"金鸡啄米法"针刺治疗;对照组采用捻转平补平泻法针刺治疗,两组每天针刺1次,6d为1个疗程,每个疗程间隔1d,共3个疗程。分别观察两组治疗前后的下肢腓总神经传导速度、下肢视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)及临床症状。结果治疗后,两组下肢腓总神经传导速度均有提高,VAS评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为91.7%(33/36),高于对照组77.8%(28/36)(P<0.05)。结论郑氏"金鸡啄米法"能快速有效地提高下肢腓总神经传导速度,改善下肢麻木疼痛症状。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of ZHENG’s“golden chicken pecking rice”acupuncture and uniform reinforcing-reducing method by twirling acupuncture treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower extremities.Methods Seventy-two patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group(golden chicken pecking rice group)and the control group(uniform reinforcing-reducing group)according to the order of visit.The observation group was treated with ZHENG′s“golden chicken pecking rice”acupuncture.The control group received acupuncture treatment with uniform reinforcing-reducing method by twirling acupuncture,and the two groups received acupuncture once a day for a period of 6 days.The interval of each course was 1 day,and there were 3 courses in total.Nerve conduction velocity,visual analogue scale(VAS)and clinical symptoms of the peroneal nerve of the lower extremities before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,both groups showed increased peroneal nerve conduction velocity and decreased VAS score,and the observation group was better than the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%(33/36),which was higher than 77.8%(28/36)of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion ZHENG’s“golden chicken pecking rice”acupuncture can significantly improve the conduction velocity of the peroneal nerve of the lower limbs and improve the numbness and pain symptoms of the lower limbs.
