摘要
目的探究在急性化脓性阑尾炎的手术过程中采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术的治疗效果和对患者预后的影响。方法选择了我院在2018年1月至2020年1月收治的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者共计60例。按照患者治疗方案的不同将患者分为行开腹阑尾手术的对照组30例和腹腔镜阑尾切除术的观察组30例。对两组患者的治疗效果和预后情况进行对比,探究腹腔镜阑尾切除术的有效性。结果①两组患者手术时间、首次下床时间、住院时间、肛门排气时间和术中出血量对比:观察组患者的各项指标均优于对照组,对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);②两组患者不良反应对比:观察组患者的不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的不良反应发生率33.33%,对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在对急性化脓性阑尾炎患者进行阑尾切除过程中,采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术,能够有效地降低患者出现不良反应的几率,同时能够缩短患者的康复时间,使患者能够快速地回归正常生活状态,因此,值得在临床中进行推广。
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy on the prognosis of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods Sixty patients with acute suppurative appendicitis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.According to the different treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group underwent open appendectomy(n=30)and observation group laparoscopic appendectomy(n=30).The therapeutic effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared to explore the effectiveness of laparoscopic appendectomy.Results①Comparison of operation time,first time out of bed time,hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups:the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).②Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups:the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(33.33%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of appendectomy in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis,laparoscopic appendectomy can effectively reduce the probability of adverse reactions,and shorten the recovery time of patients,so that patients can quickly return to normal life,therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
