摘要
目的评估在化脓性阑尾炎患者中采取手术联合大黄牡丹汤加减治疗的效果。方法方便选取2022年10月—2023年10月滕州市妇幼保健院收治的82例化脓性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,用掷骰子法分为研究组和对照组,各41例,均实行手术治疗。对照组行常规术后干预,研究组行手术配合大黄牡丹汤加减治疗,对比两组患者疗效。结果研究组术后恢复时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论手术联合大黄牡丹汤加减可以显著改善化脓性阑尾炎患者的恢复效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of surgery combined with modified Dahuang Mudan decoction in the treatment of patients with purulent appendicitis.Methods A total of 82 patients with suppurative appendicitis admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group and control group by dice method,with 41 cases in each group.All of them received surgical treatment.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative interventions,and the study group was treated with surgery and modified Dahuang Mudan decoction,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The postoperative recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Surgery combined with modified Dahuang Mudan Decoction can significantly improve the recovery of patients with suppurative appendicitis.
