摘要
从新时代军事装备科研理技融合的内涵与特点出发,构建军事装备科研工作“三类三阶段”理技融合新模式,提出建设理技融合实验室、塑造理技融合论证生态、形成理技融合运行机制、打牢理技融合发展基础和培养理技融合复合人才等5条途径,推进军事装备科研工作理技融合高质量发展。
Starting from the connotations and characteristics of the integration of theory and technology of military equipment research in the new era,a novel model of“three categories and three stages”for the integration of theory and technology in military equipment research and development has been constructed.Five approaches have been proposed to advance the high-quality development of this field,including building integration laboratories,shaping the ecology of theory and technology integration demonstration,formting a sound theory and technology operating mechanism,laying a solid foundation for theory and technology integration,and cultivating integrated talents to promote the high-quality development of theory and technology integration in military equipment research.
