摘要
以“大数据+人工智能”为代表的新一代信息技术快速发展,必将带来国防科技情报研究范式重构。界定数智赋能国防科技情报研究范式概念内涵,提出由生成链路、工作流程、实现路径等组成的数智赋能国防科技情报研究范式总体框架,详细分析数智赋能的“嵌入式”和“端到端”的国防科技情报研究实现路径。研究结论有助于进一步认识数智赋能的国防科技情报研究范式,提升情报研究质量效益。
The paradigm in national defence science and technology information research is inevitably being reshaped by the rapid evolution of the new generation of information technologies,notably‘big data+artificial intelligence’.The conceptual essence of the defence science and technology information research paradigm empowered by digital intelligence is precisely defined in this study.A comprehensive framework for the paradigm that comprises generating links,research processes,and implementation paths is introduced.In addition,a detailed analysis of the‘embedded’and‘end-to-end’implementation paths of digital intelligence empowerment is presented.The research findings contribute to a nuanced comprehension of this research paradigm empowered by digital intelligence,which thereby elevates the quality and efficiency of information research.
