摘要
犯罪治理现代化,是中国式现代化的应有之义。推进中国式犯罪治理现代化,要以习近平法治思想为根本遵循,坚持党对犯罪治理的全面领导、坚持人民在犯罪治理中的主体地位、坚持守正创新,走中国特色社会主义犯罪治理道路。贯彻总体国家安全观,把切实维护国家安全和社会稳定作为犯罪治理的首要任务来抓。因应新时代犯罪产生的原因和变化规律,探索深化犯罪治理的对策措施。以习近平法治思想为引领,加强和深化中国特色犯罪治理的理论研究和学科建设。
The modernization of crime governance is the proper meaning of Chinese modernization.To advance the Chinese modernization of crime governance,it is necessary to follow Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law as the fundamental observance,adhere to the Party’s overall leadership of crime governance,adhere to the people’s dominant position,persist in upholding integrity and innovation,and follow the path of socialist crime governance with Chinese characteristics.It is necessary to implement the overall concept of national security,and earnestly preserve national security and social stability as the primary task.In response to the causes and changes of crime in the new era,we should explore countermeasures to deepen the governance of crime.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,we should strengthen and deepen the theoretical research and discipline construction on crime governance with Chinese characteristics.
