摘要
政治上的参与、经济上的联合和文化上的认同,是乡村振兴背景下将农户组织起来的有效手段,其行动逻辑是实现了政治上的权利赋予与协商、经济上的利益共享与联结、文化上的村庄认同与包容。回归分析表明,农户的组织化水平主要受微观层面的个体理性程度与再教育程度,中观层面的满意度、信任度与幸福感,以及宏观层面的公平认知与政策知晓度的影响。除此之外,合作社规模的大小,也是重要的影响因素。由此反思,加强党建引导、搭建组织化的平台载体、实现组织化的利益共享、创建组织化的治理体系是农户组织化能够取得成功的重要密码,可持续领导力难以保持、"搭便车"行为时有发生、产业风险比较明显是其存在的困境,可以通过有效培育乡村精英、增强农户主体意识、完善科学分配体系、健全风险防范机制、提升村庄文化认同等途径来优化,为全面实施乡村振兴提供借鉴与参考。
Political participation,economic alliance and cultural recognition are effective means to organize farmers in the context of rural revitalization.The logic of action is to realize the rights empowerment and consultation politically,interest sharing and connection economically,and village identity and tolerance culturally.Regression analysis indicated that organizational level of farmers is mainly affected by the micro level of individual rationality and satisfaction,trust and happiness at the middle level,and fair cognition and policy awareness at the macro level.In addition to this,the size of the cooperative is also an important influencing factor.Therefore,strengthening the organizational guidance of the party building,constructing organizational platform carrier,realizing organizational interest sharing and creating organizational governance system are important elements for farmers to attain organizational management.Difficulty to maintain sustainable leadership,occurring of"free riding"behavior,significant industrial risks are some of the existing obstacles.It can be optimized by effectively cultivating rural elites,enhancing the awareness of farmers,improving the scientific distribution system,improving the risk prevention mechanism,and enhancing the village cultural identity to provide reference for comprehensive rural revitalization.
